Minor Awarded $2.6 Million Dollar Verdict in Products Liability Action

A six-member Florida State Court jury awarded Timothy Marcotte, Jr., a $2.6 million verdict - for permanent injuries to his hand - against Kohler Company of Kohler, Wisconsin. After deliberating for just under an hour, jurors determined that the defendant, Kohler Co., was guilty of negligence and further held the company strictly liable in products liability.
